I had a problem with the delivery of my matriculation photos due to the incompetence of the delivery provider (Royal Mail). It led to my photos getting completely bent and soaked. I made the issue known to the company and the team responded promptly and resent my order immediately at no extra charge. Very happy with the customer service! Thank you to the team.

Exceptional customer service! The team responded promptly and went well beyond expectations, dedicating significant time and effort to help recover my graduation photos from nearly 20 years ago as the originals were physically damaged by mould and the digital files I had on an old USB were corrupted.
