I had a problem with the delivery of my matriculation photos due to the incompetence of the delivery provider (Royal Mail). It led to my photos getting completely bent and soaked. I made the issue known to the company and the team responded promptly and resent my order immediately at no extra charge. Very happy with the customer service! Thank you to the team.

Exceptional customer service! The team responded promptly and went well beyond expectations, dedicating significant time and effort to help recover my graduation photos from nearly 20 years ago as the originals were physically damaged by mould and the digital files I had on an old USB were corrupted. I want to thank the team again.

Didn't find ordering very easy but got there in the end. The photos were very professional and really lovely. Contacted them and they replied promptly . Would definitely recommend purchasing from them in future.

Having been the recipient of many a poor school photograph (where there’s been green casts or loss of contrast with detail lost) I’m delighted to say Lafayette delivered what was promised and I received both the individual photo of my son - clean, crisp - good depth of field, a nice pose - with several (not just two!) versions to choose from. And the group photo colouring and composure was pleasing. I’m quite exacting with these things as I’m a graphic designer by trade, and so this endorsement is not without scrutiny! And the price relative to the aforementioned school ones - was very decent. The only negative was time taken from order but I suspect this was more to do with waiting for the college to check all the names on the group photo before signing off. Impressed
