I found your website a little tricky to use but the product and service was excellent.

I think it would have been nice to be able to mix the poses in the packs. I did find the website a bit difficult to work out what was in the packs.

We received good customer service when we approached to understand how to select the college mount option, which we found unintuitive on the website.

The lady who took our photos was amazing with my daughter ensuring she looked perfect. It was very emotional as we nearly lost my daughter last year so seeing her graduate and the lady taking her time (without her knowing) was amazing. Huge thankyou for her kindness ??
