She had only arrived at the college a few days before it was taken, everything was new and she was inundated with information. She did not therefore pass on your details to me. I had to email several members of staff before I found out how to order the photo - six months after the event. With other companies I have been able to buy just the photo without the mount which was nice and much cheaper. I therefore brought one photo framed and mounted and another copy of a photo which I could switch into the frame if I wanted to. I though this was a good option and one that I would have done with you if available.
