I found your website a little tricky to use but the product and service was excellent.

I think it would have been nice to be able to mix the poses in the packs. I did find the website a bit difficult to work out what was in the packs.

We received good customer service when we approached to understand how to select the college mount option, which we found unintuitive on the website.

The lady who took our photos was amazing with my daughter ensuring she looked perfect. It was very emotional as we nearly lost my daughter last year so seeing her graduate and the lady taking her time (without her knowing) was amazing. Huge thankyou for her kindness ??

One the day the photographers were very professional but also personable. Ordering the pictures was very straightforward. It would have been nice to be able to have a mix of photographs as one of the options. The quality of the products received are excellent!

My daughter was the photo subject (matriculation) and spoke highly of Lafayette and the promptness of receiving the order link details. I ordered 2 copies and the website / progress notices were easy to use / informative.
